Q: Are you a factory or trading company?	A: We are 20 years factory in west of China
Q: Can I have a sample order for paper roll?	A: sample pacakge with different quality are free for picking up
Q:How do you send sample and goods, and how long does it take to arrive?	A:We usually send sample by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. For goods we usally deliver by sea.
Q: What about the lead time?	A: Mass production time needs 2-3 weeks.
